Micro Masters will coordinate your service request and provide a confirmed appointment for one of our qualified technicians to attend your premises. The following terms apply:
Service Scheduling
Micro Masters will notify you of the scheduled date and time for our technician to service your equipment.
First Attendance Charges
- A service call out fee will apply.
- Labour charges will be billed based on the actual hours worked by the technician.
- Applicable charges for any parts replaced during the service will be added.
Subsequent Visits
If the technician cannot complete the service during the first visit, any follow up visits required to complete the works will not incur an additional call out fee.
Parts Warranty & Quality
All parts supplied and installed during the service will comply with the manufacturer's specifications.
Payment Terms
- Existing customers: Payment is required within 7 business days.
- New or first time customers: Payment is due upon completion of the service call.
- Warranty jobs or alternative payment arrangements will follow previously agreed upon terms.
